Our Mission: The Downtown Carlisle Association focuses on revitalization, beautification, and historic preservation. Our primary mission is to increase tourism and economic development in the C1 District, the downtown area of the Carlisle Borough. With oversight from a volunteer board of directors, organization liaisons, dedicated volunteers, and borough leadership, the DCA provides a variety of programs, and hosts signature events that are dedicated to enhancing the vitality of the entire community. As one of most established accredited Main Street programs in the Commonwealth, we work to ensure that Carlisle remains a wonderful place to live, work, stay, play & invest.
