ICE ART FEST KICK OFF & UPMC ICE THRONE UNVEILING: Make sure to join us for the ribbon cutting ceremony on Friday, January 31 at 5pm as we unveil this year’s UPMC Ice Throne and officially kick-off Ice Art Fest Weekend at Veterans Courtyard on the Square in downtown. 

ICE BAR AT 1794 WHISKEY REBELLION: Enjoy libations at the illustrious Ice Bar at the 1794 Whiskey Rebellion at the Comfort Suites off South Hanover Street in downtown throughout Ice Art Fest Weekend. 

LIVE ICE CARVING DEMONSTRATIONS: We will have two live ice carving demonstrations will take place on Saturday, February 1, 2025 in front of the Old Courthouse on the Square. The team from Ice Concepts will be carving two sculptures! 

MARJORIE’S GEMS DIAMOND DIG: Don’t miss the opportunity to win a beautiful diamond ring, courtesy of Marjorie’s Gems and Jewelry, at 44 South Hanover Street. One hundred tickets will be sold at $20 each for their annual Diamond Dig. Chances to win a one carat total weight diamond ring, with a retail value of $2,000, as well as other prizes, will go on sale Friday, January 31, 2025 at Marjorie's Gems, and the winners will be chosen Sunday afternoon.
