Carlisle's 2024 "Making Spirits Bright" Holiday Parade will be making its way through downtown on Thursday, December 5 at 7:00 p.m.

Registration Deadline = Monday, December 2

We are Ho-Ho-Hoping you'll join us for this special event! Pre-registration is required - available online, over the phone 717-243-3318, or in person at the Stuart Community Center, 415 Franklin Street. Santa will be coming to town at the end of the parade. Please do not include a Santa in your entry.

After the deadline, registrants will be emailed with their parking spot number. Numbers will be distributed at the line up site at a check-in table.

Parade General and Staging Information:

Your entry MUST be decorated and in costume to participate in the parade. Drivers are the only exception.
NO CANDY THROWING - WALKERS MUST HANDOUT.
NO horn blowing, paper handouts, trick cars, violence, firearms, explosives, or flashing/swirling lights.
Limited to 1 vehicle per entry (other than the car clubs/motorized vehicle group).
No trailers over 30ft.
REST ROOMS are available at Biddle Mission Park.
Stopping to perform anywhere along the parade route is NOT allowed and will help prevent gaps from forming.

Parade Route - kick off @ 7:00 p.m.

From the intersection of North and East Streets, the parade route will go West on E. North Street to Hanover Street; turn south on Hanover Street to Willow Street where parade disbands. Total distance = 0.9 miles start to finish.
