Celebrate 30 years of the downtown Hanging Baskets with a FREE Ice Cream Social!

You're Invited to Join the Celebration!
The Rotary Club of Carlisle is celebrating 30 years of hanging baskets in our beautiful, historic downtown. You're invited to join us for an Ice Cream Social on Thursday, May 28th from 4:30-6pm in Veteran's Memorial Courtyard, on the Town Square.
This FREE event is sponsored by the GB Stuart Charitable Foundation, the Downtown Carlisle Association, and the Rotary Club of Carlisle:
~ Live music from the Ridgeway Brass Quintet
~ A special proclamation from Carlisle Borough Mayor Sean Shultz
~ Program emcee Phil George from LoveCarlisle
~ Special guest appearances
~ And, FREE hand-dipped Brewster's Ice Cream
Thanks to everyone who continues to support this program, including GB Stuart Charitable Foundation, the Downtown Carlisle Association, Rotary Club of Carlisle, Dickinson College, Carlisle Garden Club, Cumberland County, Borough of Carlisle, Bear's Flowers and Plants, and the Cumberland County Housing and Redevelopment Authority.
