The Downtown Carlisle Association will be under the Carlisle Theatre marquee from 10am-12pm handing out SHOP SMALL tote bags to the first 25 people who stop by and see us! In each tote bag will be $5 in Love Bucks which spend like cash at over 60 businesses within our downtown. We also will have plenty of downtown guides with maps and a directory of shops and eateries.
