GRAZERY opened in Downtown Carlisle in July of 2017 with a menu that aimed to be healthy and creative, without giving meat the spotlight in every dish. We created a small menu where almost everything is made from scratch in small batches and found a location in charming Carlisle whose proximity to a vibrant community of farmers with seasonal vegetables, meat, poultry, and eggs has been essential in realizing our menu ideas. This community has embraced us and we hope to continue to be a place where families and friends with varying dietary needs - whether one is Vegan, Vegetarian, follows a Gluten-Free or Dairy-Free diet or will basically eat anything - can all meet and still have a satisfying breakfast and lunch.
