Yoga at Simply Well: Restore your Core

This 4 week series is designed to help alleviate symptoms from pelvic floor dysfunction, pelvic organ prolapse, diastasis recti, lower back pain, pubic symphysis dysfunction, urinary urgency and incontinence and other core and pelvic floor problems. During the 4 weeks expect to learn proper breathing, alignment and positioning paired with yoga and pilates to help unlock your patterns and restore core and pelvic floor. Optional homework and support will be provided in between classes.
