New Businesses Open in Downtown Carlisle

The Downtown Carlisle Association welcomes three new businesses to downtown Carlisle. Grand Illusion Hard Cider and Wine Bar, located at 26 W. High Street, features 24 local Pennsylvania craft ciders, beers and sodas on draft. Monday’s are Magic Monday and offer table side family magic from 6-8 p.m. Just around the corner at 19 N. Hanover Street is Burd’s Nest Brewing Co. offering a sampling of artfully crafted beer using the freshest ingredients. While enjoying a beer or two enjoy food from Spoons Cafe located inside the brewery. Burd’s Nest is open Thursday through Saturday from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m.

New on the art scene is Ejecta Projects located at 136 W. High Street. Ejecta Projects founded by artist Anthony Cervino and art historian Shannon Egan is an art gallery, an artist’s studio, and a quiet space to consider collaborative artistic and curatorial undertakings. Stop in and visit these new businesses, have a sample of beer, cider or wine and enjoy some beautiful works of art, you won’t be disappointed.
