The Welcome Jam gives the incoming War College students and their families on opportunity to explore downtown, meet our merchants and of course…be entertained!

Opening Reception, (meet the artists 6:30 – 8:00) for the exhibit “Two Perspectives:  Mark Schwager and Paul Saberin” featuring 2 different artists’ take on local inspirations.  In the upper gallery, a CALC Members’ exhibit celebrates the theme “Foodies” in conjunction with Carlisle’s Restaurant Week. Everyone can vote for their favorite “Foodies” entry. At the conclusion of the exhibit, a People’s Choice award will go to one artist and a gift certificate to one “voter” chosen at random.
